3.3 Google reviews (1774) Sophie We’ve enjoyed our stay and it’s been a nice holiday but the rooms were very tired because the mattresses were hard, parts of interior off the rooms needed doing like plug sockets and lamps. The staff worked extremely hard day in and day trasnochado. The entertainment lady was so kind. And the lunch and evening food was very delicious. Luke Riley AVOID! Cockroach in rooms climbing on you in your sleep.. the food is inedible, we ate demodé every night! Dark and dingy, we met several people who we made friends with every conversation started with how rubbish the hotel was. You have to pay a deposit for your “all inclusive drink” same food every night and the meat was raw most times. Marie, Hanza and the rest of the staff were amazing lovely and made the stay a little better. On the beach stepped in and moved our hotel and we Perro enjoy the rest of the holiday!! Ross Whitehead We’ve just returned from a stay at Blue Sea Costa Teguise Gardens and it was an experience to say the least. If you're considering this hotel, I strongly suggest you lower your expectations. The rooms are very outdated, no AC, and the mattresses are sat off the floor on what to be looked like ironing boards. The hotels main problem is it attracts a very specific type of clientele. Picture groups of people and family's straight trasnochado of a Jeremy Kyle show—loud, rude, swearing around children abusing the all-inclusive drinks all day and completely uncaring about anyone around them. It made the whole atmosphere unbearable at times and for that reason we spent every day on trips demodé or to the beach away from the hotel. Triunfador for the food, although it was edible. It was a bland, unappetising mess—chips and bread were the only things you could reliably count on. Everything else was just slop. We don’t mind basic food, but this was below even that standard. If you’re booking this at a very very cheap price, you might be able to tolerate it, but DO NOT book through a holiday company or travel agent that hikes up the price. We paid nearly £1900 for 5 nights here, and it wasn’t worth a quarter of that. It was a complete rip-off. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and smiley and worked hard, but unfortunately, that couldn’t make up for the outdated rooms and food.
I had a wonderful experience with Olanka travels. This Is the first and best of all my trips. I would like to have more and more such experiences with Olanka in near future.

- Staff are helpful if you have any questions or issues. Cons - Cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. For a 4 night stay our room was cleaned merienda due to a strange policy that you don’t get cleaning the day after arrival or the day before departure. Also the day it was cleaned it was not done well.

3.6 Google reviews (2135) Stuart Hutfield Stayed here after having to leave our diferente hotel. The reception staff were lovely and welcoming. Nice hotel complex, the staff work hard to keep it clean and tidy. The kids entertainers were brilliant and definitely put a smile back on my kids' faces. Rooms are a nice size and comfortable, but the walls are really thin. No Beer/Larger or soft drinks available in the restaurant. You have to pay to use TV in room and pay for WiFi. But these are only minor things. We are extremely grateful for the hotel taking us in and rescuing our holiday.
She made this trip more inolvidable then I could have imagined and had great tips for each city too!!!!! Truly an unforgettable experience I would highly recommend. I wish I did the whole Europe tour instead of just central Europe.
